The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

YSC becomes an Official Award Operator!

We are thrilled to announce that starting June 1st, 2021, YSC becomes the official Award Operator, licensed by the National Office, the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award USA.

The Award provides an opportunity for young people (14 to 24 years old) to earn an intentionally recognized credential for the abilities developed outside the classroom and service provided to the community. Through the Award, participants develop important skills in leadership, problem solving, confidence and civic competence, all essential skills that YSC has championed in our community.
